Q: What are the worship times?
A: Sundays at 8:15, 9:30 and 11:00 am; Mondays at 6:30 pm. Seasonally we offer Lent and Advent Wednesday evening prayer services.

Q: What is the style of worship?
A: 9:30 am worship is mostly with contemporary music, onscreen visuals and sermon. The 8:15 and 11:00 am Sunday services are traditional with hymns from the hymnal and sermon. The Monday 6:30 pm service includes Word and Meal, brief comments on the texts, and opens with two gathering songs. The rest is spoken. The congregation comes forward to receive communion or a blessing at all services.

Q: Which entrance is best?
A: Parking in the large lot around the back of the church and coming in the large set of doors will give best access to the sanctuary. Upon entering, greeters can give any help you might need.

Q: Is there a nursery available?
A: A nursery is available in room 401, immediately to the left outside the sanctuary, where parents may take infants to children age 4 yrs. during worship. A nursery attendant is also on site during Wednesday evening activities.

Q: What should I wear?
A: The focus is not on what you wear, however as a general rule, at Sunday services you?ll see most people wearing jeans to business casual. Some will wear suits.

Q: What denomination are you?
A: Christ the King Lutheran Church is a part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. (www.elca.org) It is a cooperative relationship that allows our benevolence dollars to be used effectively while still maintaining complete independence as a local church. We choose our own pastor, own our own buildings and assets, and determine our own programs.
