Welcome to Children’s Ministry at Christ the King Lutheran Church!

We have many enriching programs for children in preschool through 5th grade. Our goal is to provide Christ-centered, age appropriate programs for children that use engaging, creative teaching methods. From August through May there are also monthly fellowship opportunities for children. Sunday school is held each Sunday from 9:30 – 10:45 am. All children (preschool – 6th grade) are encouraged to enroll in the Sunday school program. Children will begin each Sunday in their classrooms. Little Lambs Preschool Play Group Little Lambs play group is held once a month and is a great opportunity to get to know other parents in the congregation. We meet at area parks and play centers. Please refer to the calendar for monthly dates. Kids in Action is an exciting mid-week program for children in preschool – 5th Grade. It is held two Wednesdays a month from 4:15 – 5:00 pm. We use an interactive curriculum that includes media, crafts, and games. Please refer to the calendar for monthly dates.

Sunday school is held each Sunday from 9:30 – 10:45 am. All children (preschool – 5th grade) are encouraged to enroll in the Sunday school program. We begin each Sunday in the Fellowship Hall with a large group music opening that includes all of the children, and then dismiss the children to individual classrooms. Register Here

FAMILY ROOM - A family room is available in room 401, immediately to the left outside the sanctuary, where parents may take children of any age if needed and where the worship service may still be heard and seen.”
