Welcome to the Youth Ministry
at Christ the King Lutheran Church!
Cross Training: Join us for Sunday morning education for all 6-12 grade
students. Cross Training" is from 9:30 to 10:30 am or from 11:00 am to noon with a time of fellowship from 10:30 to 11:00. These sessions include media, drama, visuals, small group discussion and ice-breaker games.
Destination Unknown Senior High Bible Study meets 2 times per month. This is a very unique study that is all over
town! Where will we go and what will we study? Come to CtK at 7:30 p.m.
and find out the mystery location for the week and then join us for dinner
after our study. We end at around 9:15 p.m. It's a great mid-week study
break that you need to check out! Call Todd for specific dates at 574-272-4306.
Confirmation for all 7th & 8th grade students: We begin with First Word from
7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - media, drama, games, and small group discussion.
Then we move into Learning Time from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. led by Pastor
Steve. During this time we learn about baptism, confession and forgiveness,
the Ten Commandments and much more. We conclude our evening with small
group time from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. when confirmation guides and their
small groups discuss the lesson for the evening and share joys and concerns.
We also have servant and fellowship events multiple times during the year.

Are you ready for our Corn Maze Challenge? Then come to CtK starting at 5:30 pm on September 18! We will be headed out to Thistleberry Farms for a crazy night of team maze challenges! Bring your flashlight and $7.50 to get into the maze. This event is open to all 7-12 grade students.
Are you interested in drama? We need you! We continue to invite students
and adults interested in drama to get involved in sharing this gift with the
congregation. Open to all ages. Call Todd for more details and find out
how you can be part of the drama team at CtK!
Youth - Fear Itself Skream Park - 10/2/2010
7 pm to 9 pm
Gather at CtK then off to Legends Skream Park and Haunted House
Open to all 7-12 grade students.
You need to purchase your ticket ahead of time online at www.fearitself.tv . CtK will help lower your costs by reimbursing $10 per person at the park that night. Call Todd if you need help (574-272-4306).
Youth Mall Madness II - 11/20/2010
5:30 – 8 pm
Gather at CtK, form teams and then go offsite to the mall and other stores all over town. No dinner at this event.
